You always want to be flexible and prepared for all situations?  With our ultra-stylish multifunctional leash you turn every walk into a cat- no dogwalk.

Three additional D-rings ensure ultimate flexibility. You can use the 200 cm long leash as a short / medium / long / shoulder / hip or even a double leash. Practical accessories can also be attached.
Thanks to the padding and super soft and quick-drying neoprene on the back, the tear-resistant versatile leashes are very comfortable to hold.

The two brushed metal carabiners can be rotated 360 ° and operated with one hand.
With this multifunctional leash you are equipped for all adventures.

To ensure that our leashes, harnesses and collars work optimally, please choose the same size for the leash as you already use for your dog's harness or collar. This ensures a comfortable fit and a harmonious fit so that your four-legged friend feels comfortable and safe at all times.

1. How many functions are available? 

There are 7 possible ways to use this leash: 

1. short leash: 1.0 meter
2. medium leash: 1.30 meter
3. long leash: 1.60 meter
4. hip leash
5. shoulder leash 
6. double leash
7. to tie

2. Do all functions work with every dog?

In certain cases when you are particularly tall and your dog is particularly small, the leash might be too short for the shoulder function. 

3. How many D-rings are there? 

The Multifunctional leash has 3 D-rings to adjust the length and fix accessories. 

4. Is it possible to combine a leash in size "L" with a collar/harness in "XS"/"S"? 

No, we do not recommend that because all carabiners and rings are made to perfectly match each other when it comes to things like weight and tear-resistance. 

5. Do all multifunction leash sizes have the same length?
Yes, all multifunctional leashes are 200 cm long. 

6. How do I wash the leash? 

30 °C machine wash. Do not tumble dry. 

National Delivery Germany

• Delivery in Germany is FREE for purchases over Euro 29.90. For other orders, Euro 4.90 shipping cost will apply.
• While we dispatch your order within 24 hours (subject to availability), the average shipping time is 1-3 working days.
• We use DHL and you will receive an e-mail confirmation when your parcel has been dispatched.

International Delivery

• Standard delivery inside the EU is FREE for purchases over Euro 50.00. For other orders, Euro 9.90 shipping cost will apply.
• Standard delivery for the rest of the world is Euro 20.00. Please notice that a minimum order value of Euro 50.00 is required.
• International Delivery Charges differ for Retail shop owners. Please contact us for delivery charges.
• We use DHL for standard deliveries internationally.
• While we dispatch your order within 24 hours (subject to availability), the average shipping time is 10 - 14 days depending on the country you live in.
• In your e-mail confirmation you will find the tracking number of your parcel so you can track and trace it anytime.

Customs and Import Charges

• Depending on the country you live in, custom or import duties may arise. These charges have to be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
• Please contact your local customs for these charges, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

Delivery address

Your delivery address can be different from your billing address. So if it is more convenient to deliver to your work address or neighbor, not a problem. But we can not deliver to PO boxes for security reasons.

Order status

You will receive an e-mail to let you know that we received your order and you will receive another confirmation, once the order is dispatched. This will also provide you the information to track the parcel.

Return

If you want to return one or more items, please follow these three steps:

1. Please place the item(s) you wish to return along with the delivers note in a box. 
2. Ensure the package is properly stamped and send it with a shipping company of your choice to the following address:

Exchange

If you need a different size or design, please return the unsuitable item for a refund and place a new order.

Incorrect or faulty item in the parcel

Customer satisfaction is our highest goal. If we happen to make a mistake, please contact our customer service straight away to resolve any issue.

Please have the following information ready so we can look into it:

• Order number
• The item you meant to receive
• The item you received incorrectly or the item that is faulty
• A description of the fault

We will advise you how to proceed with the return.

Refund

You will receive the refund through the same payment method the purchase was made with.
